Hailing from Sussex County NJ, Brian St. John is a guitarist gun for hire, singer-songwriter, and all around music lover and fan. After a four year stint with his own eponymous quartet, he is releasing his first solo record in eight years.

After being raised on Joe Jackson and Steely Dan, Brian discovered music like most people his age…any way he could, as often as he could. In high school, he discovered Led Zeppelin, Grateful Dead, and Weezer. After a stay in South Carolina, mix in a little Old & In the Way and John Coltrane. More recently, an intriguing new generation of singer-songwriters have grabbed his attention like Jason Isbell and Sturgill Simpson. Together, Brian St. John creates a sound that’s all his own.
