Load In/Load Out

We have a small parking lot behind the venue for staff and performers- parking is on a first-come, first serve basis. Evening band are advised not to arrive for load-in until 7:30, especially on weekends. The staff shift change is 7:00- this prevents unnecessary shuffling of vehicles in the lot and increases your chances of actually being able to park here.
We request all weekend day performers to load out by 6:30.

Sound Mixing

Performers are responsible for providing their own soundman.
If you wish to have our house soundman present, please let us know in advance.
Performers are responsible for his compensation, to be negotiated with him.

Do not send press materials to the club. Bands that have been booked should submit one color and/or black and white photo and a standard press kit (bio, resume, discography) 6 weeks prior to their appearance to 4 Runnemede, New Hope, PA 18938.

Please include the date the band will appear. Photos cannot be copied from websites. Posters and flyers can be sent directly to the club. Please label the outside of the envelope “posters” with date of appearance. Do not send booking requests to this address. To be considered contact the booking manager directly.

Band Payment

With the exception of weekend afternoons, bands may either play for tips or set a price for the door, with with all proceeds going to the band. Band members are entitled to half price on pitchers and $.50 discount on drinks. Bands are responsible for payment of food/drink tabs at the end of the night.

Barring special events, act playing on weekend days receive $50, plus tips.
